Here we go again. Someone puts an individual in power because theyve met them in Washington and they seem like "one of us"...and then the country falls to pieces around them. No not Afghanistan...Kyrgyzstan. Last paragraph the worst....Organised crime benefiting, especially the drugs traffickers out of Afghanistan. has the US ever intervened without organised crime benefiting since Lucky Luciano went back to Sicily?
